Product introduction:
The machine is a horizontal trough type single pulp mixer, which is mainly used for the uniform mixing of dry or wet powder materials in different proportions in the pharmaceutical industry, and does not produce the dissolution, vitalization or deterioration of materials in the mixing process.
This machine is also suitable for mixing different main and auxiliary materials in chemical, food and other industrial departments. It is not suitable for mixing semi-solid, liquid or materials with too high viscosity.
Main features:
This machine is a complete machine base. The transmission system is flexible and stable. The work pieces for mixing slurry and materials contact are made of stainless steel. It has good corrosion resistance and can maintain the quality of mixed materials, so that they are not polluted or discolored.
The transmission mechanism mainly adopts worm gear and worm direct drive, which has no excessive noise during use and enough oil storage, can get good lubrication and improve the service life of the machine. The machine is controlled and operated by electrical equipment, which is easy to operate. It adopts the inching feeding, which reduces the labor intensity of the operator.
