Main purpose:
The ZP-19D tablet press is a dual pressure automatic rotating, continuous tablet press machine that compresses granular raw materials into tablets.
Main features:
1. The outer cover is in a fully closed form, made of stainless steel, and the internal countertop is made of stainless steel, which can maintain surface gloss and prevent cross contamination, meeting GMP requirements.
2. Doors and windows equipped with transparent glass can clearly observe the state of the pressing plate, and the side panels can be fully opened, making it easy for internal cleaning and maintenance.
3. All controllers and operating components are arranged reasonably. Adopting a frequency conversion speed control device for electrical speed regulation, it is easy to operate, rotates smoothly, and is safe and accurate.
4. Equipped with overload protection device, it can automatically stop when the pressure is overloaded.
5. Implement mechatronics integration, using touch keys and screen display.
6. The machine is equipped with a vacuum cleaner and feeder.
