01.Bottle Ordering machine

The machine adopts special mechanism (compressed air is not needed) to arrange disorderly bottles and keep their mouths upwards when they are delivered downstream. If the next working procedure lacks bottle, the unscramble machine will continue working to ensure working continuity. If bottles are jammed in the next working procedure, the machine will stop automatically.

The machine has the function of photoelectric inspection to ensure reliable and smooth running. If bottle size is changed, you only need adjust width of bottle conveying lane and relevant template. It is easy to operate, so generally operators can master. The product conforms to requirements of GMP.

02. Automatic Electronic counting machine

The machine is special for counting tablets, soft gelatin, hard capsule and chewing gums, etc. The advantage of the machine is no need change mould when you change the counting object, only adjusting thecounting table height by Easy Adjust wheel. 03.Automatic Desiccant Inserting Machine

The machine applies automatic controlling system to take the place of the previous manual operation.The machine can automatically cut the belted desiccant and insert the desiccant bag into the container accurately and speedily. It is available for bottles and pots made of different materials. It features double lane photoelectric positioning, intelligent feeding length controlling and automatic adjustment of accumulated length error. The electronic controlling system ensures the machine starts when bottles reach working position and stops when bottles are insufficient automatically. 04.LTCG-160 Capping Machine

The bottle caps neatened by the cap neatening device ,the bottle caps with mouth up are carried to the caps collecting guideway, the bottles come from other equipment of the assembly line enter the caps collecting area. The bottles move ahead with clamping of the two sides clamping device then the caps match the bottles automatically. The cap pressing device press the caps to the pretight situation before rotating the caps. Under the function of three pairs of high speed rotating wearable rubber wheels, the caps match with the bottles tightly.

05.LTLF-1 Automatic Induction Aluminum Foil Sealing Machine

Intermediate frequency power supply of the machine makes effective output power great and output current adjustable. It also auto tracks change of current load and makes adjustment in time. The machine is available for various bottles. The special sealing induction plate is completely shielded without electromagnetic pollution and its safety is superior to high-frequency power supply.Coding system of the machine adopts built-in water circulation to save water consumption and reduce water pollution; it also has pressurizing system which features good cooling conditions, short sticking time, firm sealing and high stability.
